Growing up, Erica was the beautiful big sister to one of my closest friends Jamie.. Always looking up to her, always thinking she was so cool, so pretty, I barely even knew her but always thought so highly of her… then when she asked me to be her wedding photographer for hers and Julios dream beach wedding, it just made my heart one big mushy puddle of love. I was so excited!!

I already knew Julio was special, Jamie sorta let me in on that, but when you see how Erica literally just lights up every time she sees him (and visa/versa…) you just know!! The way they look at each other is just so damn beautiful mannnn!

When it came to planning this amazing day, they knew the Airforce was moving them overseas early 2019 so they decided to get married in November 2018 and loving the vibes they got from online pictures of Runaway Island, they booked it site unseen. Although Erica didn’t have a planner, she def recommends it for future brides, but she did still have a super amazing team that helped make the day SOOO MUCH FUN! And speaking of, she couldn’t have picked a better DJ!! Being in his element with this bilingual wedding, Dj Vladi had no problem keeping everyone on the dance floor all night!! And you know my butt was right in the middle of it all!! Learning how to salsa dance with some of my oldest friends, not to mention Bayou George friends, is something I didn’t think I would ever do, but dang sure happy I did.

IT. WAS. A. BLAST!
