If you know me, you know I am a rather tom-boyish kinda gal... but there is one thing that brings the girl in me, out..... SPARKLES!!!!!!!!! 🙊 So you can imagine when Angela contacted me about her NYE wedding, I was all over that ish!!!

Its funny though, we definitely live in a 2016 world; Becuase when Angela initially contacted me, my first thought was "OMG she likes me?", lol. You see, we had like 300+ mutual friends on facebook but we weren't friend (guh, i know right!) so after a little giggle over that, I couldn't wait to hear the amazing things she had in store!! Especially after I found out about her DREAM TEAM she (and her amazing mama) put together!!

The day was different, scheduling wasn't 'per-usual' compared to what we are used to but it was so great!! We got there around lunch time, started with details (duh, cuz we always do that) then got the sexy bride in her sexy dress, helped the groom put his pants on (jk) and snuck them down for a little first look!!! Thomas didn't cry, all he could do was smile, but I can't blame him, Angela was just so damn pretty!!!

After their sweet sneak peek of each other and with the scary rain clouds in the sky, we figured it would be best to go ahead and get some couples portraits knocked out .... and I am glad we did!!! We had to hustle back on the golf cart before the clouds started leaking... I was NOT about to let me bride get wet!! Luckily the rain held off for a few more minutes so we could get family and bridal party portraits done real quick (i love working under pressure, fr fr). After all of the formal pictures we're done, we still had 2 hours until the ceremony.... So Scott and I took a quick break to hit up some Sonic Burgers (don't worry, we got some for everyone else too). When we got back to, it was almost GO time but not quite, so everyone just hung out in the bridal room!

720pm rolls around and its time to line up!!! YAY!! Ceremony, short and sweet, ending with a kiss!! and then it was P-A-R-T-Y TIME!!!!!!!! The booze had been flowing most of the day anyway but now it was officially time to get down!!! And with Ang and I being the same age, and both from this small town, her reception was filled with my friends (haha, it was like a highschool reunion, yall!) We had such an amazing time!!

Everyone partied like rockstars until 11:59; then it was time for the BIG NEW YEARS KISS!!! It was hard to miss out on one from my hubs, but come on, I had a job to do!! And when their balloon drop didn't quit go as planned, I had two jobs to do!! haha, ripping open the net while catching the kiss, yeah you heard that right, I am a jack of all trades and I will do what I have to do to make that shit perfect for you.

A few sips of my drink, a couple dances with some old (and new, you know who you are, haha) friends and 5 or 6 donuts later, we walked out of there about 30 minutes into the new year! We really could not have hand picked a better group of professionals to make this all come together so perfectly for Angela + Thomas. When you have incredible love like theirs you need incredible people to help you showcase it!!! And they damn sure did with Clay + Barbara (the designers and planners), Jessica (the venue), Vladi (the dj) and of course Angela's AMAZING, KICKASS, BEAUTIFUL AND SO FILLED WITH FUN, Mother, Tina. Thank you all so much for letting us share such a special day with you!!!!!!!! MUAH! 💋
